Join us at Al Makan for Seeing with the Heart; a photography and story-telling workshop with our Artist-in-Residence, Dr Ujala Ilyas. The workshops run across Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st, from 12-3pm at Al Makan. The workshop forms part of the Silsilat Hubb Art Residency at Al Makan.

The workshop invites participants to engage in the art of observation when capturing photographs - including elements such as framing, light, and subject. This is combined with narrative story-telling through visual media and personal reflections. Please note, professional cameras are not a requirement of the workshop, and no prior photography experience is necessary.
